A Big Thank You to Our Supporters
We want to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has already contributed to our mission. Whether you’ve donated your time, resources, or expertise, your support is making a tangible impact. You are the heart of this movement, and we couldn’t do it without you.
Get Involved—Together, We Can Make a Difference
But the work doesn’t stop here. There’s always more to be done, and we invite you to be a part of the change. Whether you’re volunteering, supporting Black-owned businesses, or sharing important resources and information, every step counts. Your involvement—big or small—helps create lasting change.
We believe that when we work together, we can build a stronger, most equitable future. So, thank you to everyone who has already helped—and to those ready to join the journey, we’re excited to have you with us. Let’s continue making a difference together.
What we do
Kick off bash
The Foundation will be hosting a kick off bash in May to start the summer! For this event you will be able to purchase tickets, come and have fun. All proceeds will go towards the Foundation.
Hood library
Inspired by the Radical Hood Library in L.A., Hobson Hands curates a selection of books for all age groups that center Black and Latino narratives.
Back to school
This is our end-of-the-summer learning seminar for high school scholars (in person) and members of the community (virtually). The seminar will dive into a more clear and critical understanding of history, education, and society. This event will consist of a panel of scholars and college students discussing topics within and governing Black liberation. High schoolers and parents may register here. Scholars and aspiring panelists may register here.
